Returns Policy

As I use only dead-stock fabric, I am unable to provide a refund.

Please visit the sizing guide page to make sure you match yourself to your correct size or you can leave your own measurements in the notes when you checkout. If unsure please email info@gemmamariethelabel.co.uk with any questions.

I do accept alterations and exchanges of sizes at an additional cost if the fit is not as desired, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and a returns address will be provided to you. Exchanges must be posted back with a tracked service and the return postage as well as postage back to the customer should be paid for by the customer.
